The Challenge:
SBM Bank before was Chase bank wanted to encourage new and existing bank account holders to embrace their love of the using other bank products and improve banking in 4 branches, Eastleigh, Ngong, Kimathi and Mokda Dada, build brand loyalty and engagement.
Our Solution:
BASE MARKETING designed an inclusive regional event program and online engagement campaign: The Get Out Game. An immersive treasure hunt event across the four iconic branches in Nairobi. To encourage both existing and new cusomers to take part an intensive pre-awareness campaign was implemented, including video creation, branded social content, one on one engagement usng branded brand ambassadors.
Key Stats:
The Get Out Game reached more than 1 million customer. More than 37,000 consumers actively engaged with SBM and added new accounts.
